You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The X51 system is designed as a complete filtered water appliance ecosystem incorporating dedicated boiling and chilling modules beneath the sink rather than relying on conventional inline filtered mixer tap architecture. This allows the system to provide substantially higher-performance temperature delivery compared to standard filtered tapware systems.

The multi-stage filtration system is designed to improve drinking water quality by reducing chlorine, sediment, odours, lead, and common heavy metals from the water supply. Filter replacement intervals are recommended every 8–12 months depending on local water quality and usage conditions.

The chilled water module requires adequate airflow clearance within the cabinetry cavity to maintain operational efficiency. Ventilation planning should be considered during kitchen design and cabinet configuration stages.
