Domestic Use

Arcisan products are covered by:

• 10 years – Manufacturing defects on sanitaryware, basins and baths
• 1 year – Mechanical parts (including valves, seals, hoses, toilet seats and wastes)
• 1 year – Parts and labour

Commercial Use

Products used in commercial applications are covered by a 1-year parts and labour warranty.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Replacement of faulty products or components

All claims are assessed and resolved by Streamline Products or an authorised service provider.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation or misuse
• Failure to flush pipework prior to installation
• Use of harsh or abrasive cleaning products
• Excessive water pressure or incorrect operating conditions
• General wear and tear, including surface scratching
• Unauthorised repairs or alterations

Conditions

• Warranty applies to products purchased and installed in Australia
• Applies to the original purchaser only
• Products must be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Failure to meet these conditions may void the warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Fusion Air handshower draws air into the handpiece while internal turbines combine air and water to create a fuller, more luxurious shower spray pattern.
