What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

All claims are assessed and resolved by Abey or an authorised service agent.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation or use
• Installation not carried out by a licensed plumber
• Excessive water pressure or unsuitable water conditions
• Lack of maintenance, blocked aerators or improper cleaning
• Use of abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals
• Normal wear and tear or surface deterioration
• Unauthorised repairs or non-original parts

Labour for removal, reinstallation, or access is not covered beyond the stated period.

• Products must be installed and used as instructed
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only
