• Heat lamps & in-line exhaust fan (selected models): 2 years — Replacement
• Ventflo exhaust fans: 3 years — Parts and labour
• Aeroflow ceiling fans: 3 years in-home service, 2 years replacement

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Repair or replacement of faulty products within the applicable warranty period
• In-home service where specified

What's not covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the product user guide
• Misuse, abnormal use, or negligent use of the product
• Accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Products damaged after delivery without prior reporting
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules
• Must be used in accordance with the product user guide
• Products must be inspected for damage within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims

Making a claim

Contact IXL's customer service team on 1300 727 421 to initiate a warranty claim. IXL will first attempt to resolve the issue over the phone and if required will send a service agent to assess the product. Please have your proof of purchase ready when making contact.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
