You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The matte solid-surface material should be cleaned using a microfibre cloth and mild non-citrus cleaning liquid. Follow the supplied maintenance guide for surface care and have the bath installed by a licensed professional in accordance with Kaskade’s installation instructions.
