• Professional installation: Installation and electrical connection must be completed by an appropriately qualified and authorised professional in accordance with local requirements.

Making a claim

Claims can be submitted via the service request form at schweigen.com.au or by contacting Schweigen's customer support team on 1300 881 693. Please have your proof of purchase and product model and serial numbers ready when submitting your claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Aura-W is a 902mm-wide island model using an integrated onboard motor. It is not an off-board Isodrive Silent configuration.

The supplier's technical documentation identifies the design as Aura-W under technical model SDISAU, while the saleable Black, White and Gold variants use the SDISLAU-9 SKU prefix.
